Open Meeting

Our last Open Meeting was on Saturday 18 October, and was a talk on Acupuncture by Michele Marsland, a local practitioner with practices in High Wycombe and Princes Risborough. Michele gave us a very interesting talk on the history and techniques of Acupuncture, and we are grateful to her for joining us for the afternoon.

Your chance to "Ask the Experts"

On Saturday 1 November, people affected by MND have an opportunity to put their questions to some of the leading researchers and neurologists who are gathering for the International Symposium being held  a few days later. The event is being hosted by the Association in conjunction with the International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations.

The “Ask the Experts” session will take place from 2pm to 4pm at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. This is a free event open to people with MND and their carers and more detail is available here.
